Artistic creation
Who is the artist behind these illustrations?
All illustrations are created by Clément Massétat, a local artist passionate about the landscapes and culture of the Landes and Pyrénées-Atlantiques.
What is the quality of the prints?
My posters are very high quality art prints using durable inks on premium paper, ensuring rich and long-lasting colors.
How are the illustrations designed?
I hand-draw each illustration on a computer, from selecting the view to choosing the colors and finishing the artwork. This meticulous process requires long hours of work to ensure a unique, original, and high-quality result.
Order and delivery
What are the delivery times?
As soon as you place your order, I will prepare it with the greatest care within 2 days. Delivery times then depend on the carriers:
-> Colissimo France: 2 to 5 working days
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your package tracking number. Simply enter it on the carrier's website to track the status of your delivery in real time.
How are the posters packaged?
Each poster is packaged in a protective tube to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
The package I received is not the correct one or is defective, what should I do?
I sincerely apologize if your order arrived damaged or if it doesn't match your purchase. Please email me within 72 hours of receiving your order at pitchoun.illustration@gmail.com. Explain your problem with photos of the defect. We'll find a solution together.
I want to become a reseller, how do I do this?
